D.Mon, whose real name is Yuna Lee, is a member of South Korea's Mobile Exo-Force and a potential upcoming hero for Overwatch.[1][2]

Story

I'm hit!
~ D.Mon

D.Mon is a member of the MEKA Squad. She is tough and protective of her team.[3]

Background

Yuna was on the same Mecha Guardian V e-sports team as Hana Song,[4] and they chose similar handles ("D.Va" and "D.Mon") to reflect this.[5][3] Both of them ended up joining MEKA to protect South Korea from the Gwishin omnics.[6]

In one battle, she was injured and her mech heavily damaged. While it was being picked up by a crane, she helped Overlord out of his downed mech. During the following press conference she was seen with a bruise on her cheek.[6]

Command, there's too many of them--We need help! We're spread too thin!

After Null Sector's assault on Paris, Yuna and the rest of the squad watched the news reports on the attack. Captain Myung told the squad that MEKA would not be contacting the newly-reformed Overwatch, and ordered the squad to remain alert for another Gwishin attack. Not long afterwards, such an attack occurred, but as the squad was deployed, Yuna reported that these weren't Gwishin omnics, but Null Sector. D.Va and King attempted to attack Null Sector's command ship, while Yuna and the rest of the squad remained groundside. Neither approach worked, and Yuna and her fellow mech pilots found themselves being overwhelmed by Null Sector's ground forces. She radioed MEKA Command, stating that the Null Sector's forces were too high and that the squad was spread too thin.

With the arrival of Overwatch, the tide turned, giving the squad time to repair their mechs. While Overwatch dealt with the omnic ground forces, the squad got into formation and targeted the command ship with a synchronized strike. Firing their weapons together, they caused the command ship to retreat, leaving only the groundside forces to be dealt with. In the aftermath, the squad returned to base.[7]
