Bayless was a member of Overwatch.
Story
Bayless took part in a mission to rescue a group of hostages taken captive by Talon. He was fatally shot by Widowmaker alongside Al-Farouk.[2]

- Bayless is an English variant of an Old French occupational name for a steward or official.
- Bayless got a #1 Dad cup from his children the Father's Day before he was killed. The cup survived the destruction of Overwatch HQ, and was stored in the UN's Zurich facility after HQ's destruction.[1]
